CrewBrix Connect

Tell us what's going on at your home.

You should not have to know whether you need an HVAC company, plumber, electrician, roofer, or handyman before you can ask for help. Start with the problem. Alex can help turn plain-language symptoms into the right service path and check what CrewBrix Connect can truthfully do next in your area.

Try saying this to Alex

Alex can help with navigation and intake, but he is not a substitute for emergency services or a licensed professional's diagnosis.

The live Connect product

Do not just read about it. Open it.

CrewBrix Connect has a real homeowner web app at book.crewbrix.ai. Explore services without an account, or create one to request work and keep the resulting bookings, messages, and history together.

Live discovery surface

Start with the work—not a contractor directory.

Homeowners can search by need, choose a service, or begin a quote request from the live Connect web app.

How Connect starts

Problem first. Marketplace mechanics second.

Traditional directories make homeowners choose a category before they know what is wrong. CrewBrix Connect is designed around a different sequence: describe the issue, understand the likely service, check the live path available for that service and location, then continue only as far as the real network state allows.

01

Describe the problem

Use normal language. Symptoms, timing, location in the home, and what changed are more useful than guessing at the repair.

02

Understand the service

Alex can help map the problem to the right service category and ask for the minimum information needed to move forward.

03

Follow live readiness

Depending on the service and area, the truthful next step may be joining a waitlist, submitting a request, or continuing to a booking path when that path is genuinely available.

Start with a symptom

The first homeowner guides focus on AC problems.

Cooling problems are a good example of why problem-first discovery matters: “not cooling,” “not turning on,” and “leaking water” can look similar from across the room but point to different checks and different urgency. These guides keep homeowner actions conservative and show when it is time to stop troubleshooting and get professional help.

Home services

A problem can cross category lines.

A ceiling stain might be plumbing, roofing, or HVAC condensation. A dead outlet might be an electrical issue or the downstream symptom of another appliance problem. Connect is designed so the homeowner can describe the situation first instead of selecting a contractor category with false confidence.

Service and market availability varies. Listing a service category is not a claim that a provider is currently bookable in every location.

One CrewBrix network

Homeowner demand should not disappear after the introduction.

Connect is the public demand side of the CrewBrix ecosystem. When demand reaches an eligible service business, the business platform is built to carry customer, schedule, job, field, invoice, payment, and relationship context forward. Alex guides the public journey; Brix operates inside the business platform. They are intentionally different roles.

No fake supply. No parallel lead ledger. No booking language unless live readiness supports it.

You can start without knowing the answer.

Describe the problem to Alex. He can help identify the service and then follow the CrewBrix Connect path that is actually available for that service and location.
