The way Connect works
If you cannot take it, it goes to the next company that fits. It does not sit in five inboxes.
The trade-off is honest: fewer requests than a shared list, because you only get the ones that match what you actually do and when you are actually free. We would rather send you four you can win than forty you cannot. With paid Brix features, you can also get help answering and following up within your rules.
What you actually get
A Connect request arrives inside CrewBrix with the customer, the address, what they asked for and where it came from already attached. No copying a name out of an email into a form.
From there it is an ordinary job. With paid Brix answering and scheduling features, Brix can reply to the homeowner, offer a time inside your hours, and either book it or wait for your okay, depending on your plan and settings. The source stays on the record, so months later you still know Connect sent them.
You set the price, the scope, the warranty and the schedule. CrewBrix never does.
What it costs you
You are not buying leads. There is a success fee on jobs a customer awards you through Connect, and it drops as your plan goes up. Right now customers cannot award planned projects at all, and payment processing fees are separate.
No charge to see a request, and no charge to pass on it or lose it.

Getting listed
What a company listing needs: these four sections are what the matching runs on, so a request cannot reach you until they are done. There is no review queue and nobody grades your answers.
Company name, contact, licence details. The same things a homeowner would ask you on the doorstep.
Houses, apartments, commercial. If you do not touch commercial roofs, say so and you will not be sent them.
Your services and your service area. This is what the matching leans on hardest, so be honest about the edge of your map.
The switch that matters. Turn it off when you are slammed and Connect stops sending, instead of filling your voicemail with work you cannot take.
