Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how CrewBrix LLC ("CrewBrix," "we," "us") handles personal information in connection with the CrewBrix website, applications, Marketplace and connected-demand experiences, Brix AI features, communications, support, and related services (the "Service"). Customer agreements, data-processing terms, provider terms, and feature-specific notices may supplement this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account and organization information; contact information; customers, leads, jobs, schedules, service history, estimates, invoices, payment records, expenses, team and permission context; Marketplace and connected-demand records; support requests; communications; AI prompts, outputs, task context and outcomes; and other information you or your organization choose to place in the Service. We also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as device, browser, network, authentication, diagnostic, security, and usage information. On the public marketing website, optional analytics is loaded only after a visitor allows analytics through the CrewBrix privacy-preference control.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve CrewBrix; authenticate users and enforce organization, role, and permission boundaries; process transactions and subscription activity; route and attribute supported demand; provide customer, job, schedule, money, Marketplace, communications, and Brix workflows; respond to requests; prevent abuse; measure product and website performance; and comply with applicable obligations.

4. Brix AI and Automated Processing

Where AI features are enabled, CrewBrix may process business records, communications, prompts, outputs, task context, prior outcomes, and governed memory needed for the requested workflow. CrewBrix is designed so current canonical business records and platform-owned permissions remain authoritative when they conflict with remembered or derived context. CrewBrix may use third-party AI and infrastructure providers to process information needed to deliver enabled features. Provider handling, retention, and model-improvement practices can depend on the provider, service configuration, and applicable agreement. CrewBrix uses operational and evaluation information to secure, test, and improve the Service, but this Policy does not grant an unlimited right to treat identifiable customer content as general-purpose model-training data. 5. Calls, Messages, Recording, and Transcription

Where enabled, CrewBrix may process calls, messages, voicemail, recordings, transcriptions, summaries, and related customer or workflow context. Recording and transcription availability depends on product configuration, provider capability, account settings, and applicable law. Organizations using these features are responsible for configuring their workflows and obtaining notices or consents required for their use case.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Consent and Data

CrewBrix sends text messages only to phone numbers with recorded consent. Consent is collected in one of three ways: a customer checks the unchecked consent box on a business's hosted CrewBrix booking page; a homeowner turns on the "Text me about my service request" control on CrewBrix Connect; or a business records, on the customer record in the CrewBrix app, the express consent a customer gave in person, by phone, or in writing, together with the date and method. The exact wording customers see on each path is published at https://crewbrix.ai/sms-consent. Messages are transactional and customer-care messages: appointment confirmations, reminders and reschedule notices, technician on-the-way notices, links to estimates and invoices, scheduling questions, and replies to customer questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help; an opt-out is honored immediately and recorded. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, other than the communications providers that deliver messages on our behalf and as required by law.

7. Payments and Financial Information

CrewBrix may process billing records, invoices, payment status, transaction identifiers, fees, payout or payment-method references, and other information needed for money workflows. Payment-card and bank information may be collected or stored by payment providers rather than CrewBrix itself. The information available to CrewBrix depends on the payment feature and provider involved.

8. Service Providers and Integrations

We use service providers and connected platforms for functions such as hosting, databases, authentication, payments, communications, email, analytics, AI, voice, support, and lead or demand ingestion. We may provide those providers with information needed to perform the enabled service. Connected third-party services remain subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

9. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers and integration partners that help operate the Service; with an organization and its authorized users; at your direction or with your consent; as part of a corporate transaction; to protect CrewBrix, users, customers, or others; or when required or permitted by law. CrewBrix does not sell personal information for money. As of the Last Updated date, the CrewBrix marketing website does not load advertising or behavioral-marketing tags through its analytics preference flow. If those practices materially change, we will update the relevant notice and controls.

10. Retention

Retention varies by data type, account state, operational purpose, contractual commitment, security need, dispute, legal obligation, provider limitation, and product configuration. We do not state one universal deletion period for all CrewBrix data. When deletion is required or an account is closed, some information may remain for a limited period in backups, security records, financial records, audit records, or other systems where continued retention is reasonably necessary or required.

11. Security

CrewBrix uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information and limit access to appropriate users and service lanes. Security is risk-based and evolves with the product; no transmission, storage, or security program can guarantee absolute security. 12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the relationship you have with CrewBrix, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or other choices concerning personal information. We may need to verify your identity, account, organization, or authority before completing a request. Marketing-site analytics can be allowed or declined through the Cookie settings control in the website footer. To make a privacy or data-rights request, contact privacy@crewbrix.ai and identify the account, organization, and data category involved.

13. Children

CrewBrix is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not create an account or intentionally submit a child's personal information unless your organization has a lawful and appropriate basis to process that information through the Service.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as CrewBrix, our providers, or applicable requirements change. We will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice when appropriate for a material change.
