1. What This Policy Covers

This Cookie Policy explains how CrewBrix uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies on the CrewBrix public website. Authenticated CrewBrix applications, checkout providers, connected services, and third-party integrations may use additional storage needed for their own functionality and may provide separate notices.

2. Essential Storage

CrewBrix uses browser storage that is necessary to provide requested website functionality or remember privacy choices. For example, the site stores your analytics preference so it does not need to ask on every visit. Essential storage is not used for behavioral advertising.

3. Optional Analytics

The CrewBrix marketing website can use Google Analytics 4 when a valid CrewBrix analytics configuration is present. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded until you choose "Allow analytics" in the CrewBrix privacy-preference control. If you choose "Essential only," CrewBrix does not load the Google Analytics tag through this website flow. When analytics is allowed, CrewBrix may measure page views and acquisition actions such as pricing, demo, signup, newsletter, and other website interactions so we can understand website performance and improve the buying experience.

4. Advertising and Marketing Storage

As of the Last Updated date, the CrewBrix marketing website privacy-preference flow keeps advertising storage, advertising user-data consent, and ad-personalization consent disabled. CrewBrix does not currently use that flow to load behavioral-advertising or retargeting tags. If that materially changes, we will update this Policy and the relevant preference controls before representing the new practice as current.

5. Third-Party Services

Some CrewBrix experiences connect to third-party providers, such as payment, communications, AI, authentication, or embedded services. A third party may use its own cookies or storage when you interact with that provider or a provider-hosted flow. Those technologies are governed by the third party's terms and privacy practices in addition to applicable CrewBrix agreements.

6. Your Choices

Use the "Cookie settings" control in the CrewBrix website footer to review or change the analytics choice stored by this website. You can also remove site data through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting essential storage can cause the site to ask for your preference again or can affect features that rely on browser storage.

7. Browser Privacy Controls

Browsers and devices may provide additional privacy, cookie, or tracking controls. Those controls operate independently of the CrewBrix website preference and can limit storage or network requests at the browser level. Because browser standards and legal requirements can change, CrewBrix does not promise that every browser signal is interpreted identically in every environment.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when website instrumentation, providers, or applicable requirements change. We will update the Last Updated date and, when appropriate, present an updated choice before enabling materially different optional tracking.
