Getting Started with Marketplace

What Is the CrewBrix Marketplace?

The CrewBrix Marketplace is a customer-facing directory where homeowners and property managers can find, contact, and book service professionals. When your business is listed, customers in your area can discover you and send service requests directly to your CrewBrix inbox.

Marketplace leads come pre-qualified — the customer has already described their problem, provided their address, and indicated urgency — so your first interaction is productive from the start.

Enabling Your Marketplace Listing

1. Go to Settings → Marketplace → Listing.
2. Toggle Marketplace Active on.
3. Complete your listing profile (see Setting Up Your Marketplace Profile).

Your listing is reviewed and goes live within 24 hours.

Setting Your Service Area

Define the geography you're willing to serve:

1. Go to Settings → Marketplace → Service Area.
2. Choose a method:

• Radius — a circle around your business address (e.g. within 25 miles).
• Zip codes — select specific zip codes you serve.
• Cities — select cities or towns.

1. Tap Save.

Leads outside your service area won't reach your inbox.

Setting Your Availability

Control when you're accepting new marketplace leads:

• Always on — leads come in 24/7 (AI Voice can handle off-hours inquiries).
• Business hours only — leads only arrive during your set hours.
• Paused — temporarily stop receiving leads without deactivating your listing. Use this during peak periods when you're fully booked.

Set availability in Settings → Marketplace → Availability.

Lead Notification

When a new marketplace lead arrives, you receive:

• A push notification with the customer name, service type, and address.
• An entry in Marketplace → Inbox under the Needs Response tab.

Marketplace has a response time expectation: customers typically contact multiple businesses simultaneously. Responding within 15–30 minutes dramatically increases your booking rate. The AI Voice agent can handle initial responses automatically if you're unavailable.

Marketplace vs. Direct Jobs

Marketplace leads are enquiries, not confirmed bookings. You convert them to jobs by responding, discussing the scope, and getting the customer to confirm. See Responding to Marketplace Leads for the full workflow.
