Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may receive a refund for CrewBrix services. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to this policy. We strive to be fair and transparent in all refund decisions.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period: (a) you have full access to the Service features included in your selected plan; (b) no payment information is required to start the trial; (c) you can cancel at any time without charge; (d) if you do not cancel before the trial ends and have provided payment information, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if: (a) you experienced significant technical issues that prevented use of the Service; (b) the request is made within 7 days of the charge; (c) you have not previously received a refund.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year at a discounted rate. Refund eligibility for annual subscriptions: (a) Full refund if cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase and you have not extensively used the Service; (b) Pro-rated refund may be considered for significant documented service issues beyond 30 days; (c) No refund for cancellations due to change of mind after 30 days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation: (a) you will retain access until the end of your current billing period; (b) no further charges will be made; (c) your data will be retained for 90 days, then deleted; (d) cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable: (a) usage-based charges (e.g., AI voice minutes, SMS); (b) add-on features or services already consumed; (c) setup fees, if applicable; (d) subscriptions cancelled after the refund eligibility period; (e) accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: (a) email support@crewbrix.ai with subject line "Refund Request"; (b) include your account email, subscription details, and reason for the request; (c) provide any relevant documentation (e.g., screenshots of issues); (d) we will respond within 5 business days with a decision.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be: (a) processed within 5-10 business days of approval; (b) credited to the original payment method; (c) reflected on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles depending on your bank. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company before contacting us, we may be unable to process a refund and your account may be suspended. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and collection action.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
