Refund Policy

This page contains CrewBrix's current policy language. If you have questions about how it applies to your account or use of the Service, use the contact information listed in the policy.

1. Scope and Commercial Source of Truth

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from CrewBrix unless an order form, checkout term, app-store term, enterprise agreement, promotional term, or other written agreement states a different refund rule. Current CrewBrix pricing, trial availability, billing cadence, included usage, add-ons, and checkout disclosures control over older examples or marketing materials.

2. Trials

Some CrewBrix plans or offers may include a trial and others may not. The current Pricing page, signup flow, or checkout will state whether a trial is available and its length. If a trial converts automatically to a paid subscription, the conversion timing and payment requirement shown when you start the trial apply. Cancel before the disclosed conversion deadline if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.

3. Subscription Charges

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a paid billing period begins, except where this Policy, the applicable checkout or agreement, or law provides otherwise. CrewBrix may consider a refund or account credit when a material CrewBrix service problem prevented reasonable use of the paid Service, when a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred, or when another documented circumstance warrants an adjustment.

4. Annual Commitments

Annual subscriptions may be priced differently from monthly subscriptions because they reflect a longer commitment. Any cancellation or refund right specific to an annual purchase will be shown in the checkout, order form, promotion, or applicable agreement. If no separate annual refund term is stated, the general rule in this Policy applies.

5. Usage-Based Charges, Add-ons, and Provider Costs

Charges tied to consumed usage, communications, AI or voice usage, background checks, payment processing, provider costs, or other metered services are generally not refundable after the underlying service has been consumed or the third-party cost has been incurred, except for an error or where required by law. Refund treatment for an add-on follows the terms shown when the add-on is purchased.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel through available account controls or by contacting CrewBrix when self-service cancellation is not available. Unless the applicable purchase terms say otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access after cancellation depends on the plan, billing period, order terms, and account state. Data handling after cancellation follows the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

7. How to Request a Refund or Billing Review

Email support@crewbrix.ai with the subject "Billing Review" or "Refund Request." Include the account email, organization name, date and amount of the charge, and a concise explanation of the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, or authentication secrets. CrewBrix may request additional information needed to verify the account and investigate the transaction.

8. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment path when that path supports refunds. Processing and statement timing depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, app store, or other financial institution involved. CrewBrix will provide the available refund or credit confirmation once the adjustment is initiated.

9. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contacting CrewBrix first can often resolve the issue faster and preserve useful account context. Nothing in this Policy limits rights you may have under applicable law or the rules of your payment provider. CrewBrix may suspend access when a payment is reversed, unpaid, fraudulent, or under dispute where continued service would create additional risk or charges.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy prospectively. The policy, checkout term, or written agreement applicable to a transaction will govern that transaction to the extent it provides a specific refund rule.
