For 15 years, Roy sold multimillion-dollar enterprise software transformations to governments and Fortune 500 companies at large software firms. He sat in board rooms with CIOs discussing multi-year digital transformations. And he sat in his uncle's pickup truck at 6 AM, watching him manually write estimates on carbon paper.

He tried every field service platform on the market for his family's businesses. One wanted $10,000/year upfront and a 12-month contract. Others couldn't answer customer calls autonomously. Some forced his 55-year-old uncle to learn another complicated system.
