Security and AI controls

CrewBrix uses account permissions, approval rules, current records, and activity history to govern supported Brix actions.

Current product controls

Permissions apply to Brix actions

Brix follows the role and permission rules configured for the account. It cannot give itself more access.

Approval can be required

Actions marked for approval wait for an authorized person instead of continuing automatically.

Current records take priority

When a remembered detail conflicts with a current customer, job, schedule, invoice, or payment record, Brix uses the current record.

Important activity can be reviewed

Brix records important actions so the team can review what changed.

Security questions or reports

Send security questions or a safety report to security@crewbrix.ai.
