CrewBrix can store company details, customers, jobs, visits, quotes, invoices, payments, team notes, Connect requests, and leads. The information stored depends on the tools a company uses.
When these tools are enabled, CrewBrix can use customer messages, call details, AI chats, and completed work to help Brix. Customers are responsible for following local recording and consent laws when recording or transcribing a call.
Brix can use remembered details. If they conflict with a current customer, job, schedule, invoice, or payment record, Brix uses the current record.
You can ask to see, fix, export, or delete data when the law and the Privacy Policy provide that right. Some options may also be available inside the account.
How long data is kept depends on the information, account, safety needs, legal rules, and any dispute. The Privacy Policy and customer agreements control any exact commitment.
CrewBrix uses other services for hosting, payments, messages, reports, AI, voice, email, and leads. A connection can require an account login, security review, or company setup. Not every connection is available today, and provider rules still apply.
Tell the privacy team the account, company, and kind of data involved. Do not send a password or login secret.
