What Is the AI Copilot?
The AI Copilot is the shared knowledge base that powers all of CrewBrix's AI features — AI Voice, Diagnostics Chat, and smart job descriptions. The more you train it on your specific business, the more accurate and useful these features become.
Adding Your Service Catalog
The AI Copilot works best when it knows every service you offer, along with typical pricing and scope.
- Go to Settings → AI Hub → Service Catalog.
- Tap Add Service.
- For each service, fill in:
- Service name (e.g. "AC Tune-Up")
- Description — what's included in the service
- Typical price range — a range is fine (e.g. $89–$149)
- Estimated duration — helps with scheduling accuracy
- Required skills / certifications
The AI uses this to answer "How much does an AC tune-up cost?" and to quote estimates within your typical range.
Adding Policies and FAQs
In Settings → AI Hub → Business Policies, add answers to questions your customers frequently ask:
- Service area (zip codes or cities you cover)
- Warranty and guarantee terms
- Payment methods accepted
- Cancellation policy
- Emergency / after-hours availability
The AI reads these verbatim when a customer asks the relevant question.
Training on Past Jobs (Auto-Training)
Enable Auto-Train from Job History in Settings → AI Hub → Training. CrewBrix analyses your completed jobs and extracts patterns:
- Common job types and how they were described.
- Typical labor hours per job type.
- Frequently used parts and materials.
This data enriches the copilot without any manual entry.
Testing the Copilot
After adding your services and policies, test the copilot in AI Hub → Test Chat:
- Type customer questions as if you were the customer.
- Review the AI's responses.
- If a response is incorrect, tap Flag and correct it — your correction trains the model for that question.
Keeping It Updated
Update the copilot whenever you:
- Add or discontinue a service.
- Change your pricing.
- Update your service area.
- Change your payment or warranty terms.
Outdated information leads to inaccurate quotes and disappointed customers.
