Connect your Stripe account to accept card payments, manage payouts, and reconcile revenue — all within CrewBrix.

Why Stripe?
CrewBrix uses Stripe as its payment processor because it's the most trusted payment infrastructure for businesses of all sizes. When you connect Stripe, you get:
- Accepting Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Automatic payouts to your bank account (typically 2 business days).
- PCI-DSS compliance handled entirely by Stripe — no sensitive card data ever touches CrewBrix servers.
- A full payout and transaction history in your Stripe Dashboard.
Connecting Your Stripe Account
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Processing.
- Tap Connect Stripe.
- You're redirected to Stripe's secure onboarding flow. Log in to your existing Stripe account or create a new one.
- Stripe will ask for your business details, bank account for payouts, and identity verification (required by financial regulations).
- Complete the Stripe onboarding and return to CrewBrix. You'll see a Connected badge next to Stripe.
The entire connection is handled through Stripe Connect — CrewBrix never stores your bank account information.
Testing Before Going Live
After connecting, Stripe starts in test mode. You can:
- Send test invoices with fake card numbers (e.g. 4242 4242 4242 4242).
- Verify that payments flow correctly.
- Check that receipt emails are sent.
Switch to live mode in Settings → Billing → Payment Processing when you're ready to accept real payments.
Processing Fees
Stripe's standard rate is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for card payments in the US (rates vary by country and card type). CrewBrix charges no additional platform fee on top of this.
Tap-to-Pay transactions (in-person NFC) are typically charged at a lower rate — check your Stripe account for your specific pricing.
Payouts
Stripe deposits your earnings to your bank account on a rolling basis (typically 2 business days after a transaction). You can view your payout schedule and history directly in your Stripe Dashboard at dashboard.stripe.com.
Disconnecting Stripe
To disconnect, go to Settings → Billing → Payment Processing → Disconnect Stripe. Existing paid invoices are unaffected; you'll no longer be able to process new card payments until you reconnect.
